Cecil's Restaurant Review:
Here, you can browse the aisles of kosher foods in the front deli-grocery room. The dining room in back serves up stacked deli sandwiches, matzo ball soup and first-rate coleslaw for those who prefer a sit-down meal. (And where else in the Twin Cities can you find both cold and hot borscht?) While our favorite will always be the Some Like It Hot---a grilled hot pastrami sandwich with hot pepper cheese---a close second choice is the Rifka, a combination of hot turkey, Swiss cheese, onions and barbecue sauce. Vegetarians are not forgotten either: best bets include the potato latkes and the veggie Reuben.
