Central BBQ Restaurant Review:
Counter service at this original (and very small) Central BBQ location means there’s often a line during peak times. But it moves quickly, and besides, the tangy ribs and pulled pork shoulder are worth the wait. Central's fiery hot wings (marinated, smoked and then fried), homemade potato chips, a smoked portobello mushroom sandwich and four choices of sauce keep variety lively. Place your order and choose a table --- either on the breezy patio or inside the dining room. There’s no wine list to speak of, but beer goes well with barbecue, so try a glass of locally brewed Ghost River to accompany your meal. Desserts include cheesecake, a hot fudge brownie, or the cool and creamy peanut butter pie. Other locations.
