Elegant and quiet Cézanne at JW Marriott Santa Monica Le Merigot boasts a sleek bar, warm wood accents and romantic high-backed booths. Meanwhile, the patio overlooks the hotel’s pool with the beach in the background. The menu is a combination of Cal-French and classic bistro fare, inspired by seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients. Starters might include tortilla soup or tuna three ways (spicy tuna roll, tuna ceviche, sesame seared tuna loin), while main dishes might range from seared baby diver scallops with butternut squash ravioli to herb-crusted lamb chops with fingerling potatoes.
