This replica of the Cheers bar of TV fame is more of a crowd-pleaser for fans than the original that inspired it.
Cheers Faneuil Hall Restaurant Review:
Diners shouldn't expect too much from a bar named for a TV show, but those who keep their expectations in check ought to be happy. This replica bar, with large character cut-outs of Norm, Cliff and Carla, and other show memorabilia, makes fans happy, often more happy than when they go to the location that inspired the show on Beacon Street, which inside looks nothing like the set. The menu offers typical pub fare like nachos, chicken wings and mozzarella sticks for starters. Burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as larger plates such as meatballs and linguine and fish ‘n’ chips round out the menu. Cheers fans line up two- or three-deep at the bar to order beers in souvenir mugs to take home, so it can get crowded.
