Cheung Hing Restaurant Review:

Those in the know head to this spot for some of the best and least expensive Hong Kong-style barbecue in the city. Cheung Hing is known for its roast duck, and for good reason---biting into the crisp, glistening skin reveals unctuous, tender meat. There’s no de-fatting here, but fat equals flavor, and this Sunset District eatery has one of the most flavorful roast ducks we’ve tried. Soy sauce chicken is also a good bet, as are the barbecued ribs. Standard fare such as wonton soup and salty-spicy shrimp are better than average. Try the prawns with scrambled egg---an over-easy egg cooks in the hot rice when it’s all combined. Order take-out at the counter or grab one of the few small tables if you prefer, though the compact space doesn't really beckon visitors to kick back and relax.
