Chicken Express Utah Restaurant Review:
Since 1994, Chicken Express has been the go-to joint for State Street workers on a lunch break who'd rather forgo the ubiquitous burger and fries. The Greek owners have taken a fried chicken shack franchise and added healthy, heaping plates of flame-roasted meats and grilled kebabs. You'd never know from the street that this place served anything beyond chicken strips and ribs. Skip dining in the cramped, nondescript, white Linoleum-tiled room and buzz through the drive-thru for gyros, sandwiches and souvlaki. You also get your choice of sizable side dishes like steamed potatoes and lemon-butter rice.
