Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant Review:
With its slightly industrial, clean-lines look, this burrito-taco take-out spot makes life a little easier for all the hungry folks who like a quick Mexican pick-me-up. It's also casual enough so that rollerbladers can skate right in, order their burrito (or taco or fajita) and skate away. It would be difficult to find any place more casual, except a backyard barbecue. In fact, there's not even wait service: You place your order at the counter, and if the fixings seem puzzling, the line cook will explain what's what. The menu is short and streamlined and revolves around a few basic items: flour tortillas; steak, chicken, carnitas and vegetarian fillings; salsas, guacamole and chips; and beverages. It's up to you to combine the basics into your favorite; our favorite is the Barbacoa---shredded beef braised with chipotle chiles and seasonings and served with coriander rice and beans in a hot flour tortilla with a scoop of guacamole. We also like the carnitas burrito with two salsas. Other locations.
