Chuy's Comida Deluxe Restaurant Review:

The young folks hang at this kitschy Tex-Mex joint known for strong margaritas and big combo plates of greasy Tex-Mex. The atmosphere is all about Elvis and funky folk art, the main room paying tribute to The King with some wacky memorabilia that's a perfect fit for a place that features its own Elvis Presley Memorial Combo platter. The quirkiest aspect of the décor, though, is in the bar, which hops most every night of the week --- it’s where vintage cars from the '50s and '60 have been cut away and upholstered to form diner booths. The noise level can get very loud as the night goes on, but it’s all fun here, and if you’ve got a hearty appetite, you’ll relish the Big As Yo’ Face burritos and the Elvis green chile chicken-fried chicken breaded with Lay’s potato chips, deep fried and smothered in green chile and cheddar cheese. The King would be proud.
