Continental Mid-Town Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: Stephen Starr's uptown branch of his original Continental is a draw for its affordable global tapas and inventive cocktails. Bigger than the Second Street version, the restaurant has a roof-deck bar and sensory overload décor to keep the place jumping day and night.

Food & Drinks: Sit in a car seat booth or a hanging basket on the mezzanine level and nibble calamari salad, Korean pork tacos or jerk chicken with red beans and rice. At lunch, try the Big Daddy Mac veggie burger or chicken curry "naan-wich" with mango curry dressing on grilled Indian-style bread. Weekends are another story: Continental Mid-Town becomes the place to be for the young and the restless who sport this season's couture.
