This South Street spot, popular for its margaritas since 1978, also serves south-of-the-border food in the yellow-and-red-striped back room. Don't expect to become haute and bothered here --- the menu has kicky renditions of burgers, steaks, salads and sandwiches, which must be paired with the signature Spanish fries, topped with "sizzled" onions and jalapeños. Definitely try the garlic and cream cheese bubble bread composed with LeBus Italian long rolls. Copa offers several good deals: margaritas are half price Mondays from noon to 7 p.m., while a weekday happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. features $6 appetizers, $4 draft beers and $3 well drinks.
