Corner Pub & Grill Restaurant Review:

To purists, Corner Pub & Grill’s basic burger is hard to beat: a seasoned half-pound patty, unadorned except for the usual condiments, with a side of pub chips. But we like to top it with the signature peppercorn sauce, house-smoked pulled pork or chipotle mayo. The rest of the eclectic menu tilts healthier than expected. Salads are generous; fresh vegetables are cooked just to tenderness. (A side of sautéed zucchini at a sports bar? Oh, yes.) There’s even a strong selection of gluten-free dishes, including house-baked chocolate chip cookies. Other dessert options are provided by a local cupcakery. Service is brisk but the waitstaff always makes time to chat with regulars between hauling Budweisers back and forth from the bar.
