Cornerstone Restaurant Review:

Cornerstone is a classic American steakhouse at Gold Coast Hotel & Casino. The distinctive decor features classic steakhouse touches mixed with contemporary stylings, including vintage photographs interspersed with modern artworks and hues of black and white with splashes of cerulean blue — with a blue-silk-shaded chandelier in the center of the space accenting the room for a modern twist. Traditional steakhouse menu offerings include eight different cuts of beef; nine different toppings; 12 sides to share, such as bacon green beans or lobster mac and cheese; and desserts including limoncello cake layered with mascarpone pastry cream and infused with limoncello liqueur served with a shot of the namesake spirit. Cornerstone's signature "liquor library" stocks more than 60 Scotch, bourbon, rye and small-batch whiskeys from around the world, with a varied selection of whiskey flights available.
