With more than 50 crêpe fillings, both sweet and savory, you can try a garlic Parmesan-crusted smoked salmon crêpe or the signature rib-eye truffle: pan-seared steak, spinach, wild mushrooms, Swiss and the house signature truffle sauce. Then again, sweet tooths with no doubt dig the Nutty Monkey composed with fresh bananas, warm Nutella, vanilla ice cream, candied pecans, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Prefer to blaze your own trails? Build your own crêpe, choosing from proteins, cheeses, vegetables and accompanying sauces, such as classic hollandaise or orange-jalapeño. Look for vegan and gluten-free selections as well. Savor any of the crêpes with the restaurant's own organic, fair trade French press coffee. Or try one of the signature martinis; we like the Blue Pom, made with blueberry vodka, pomegranate liquor and cranberry juice. Hand-crafted microbrews and a good selection of inexpensive wines are available, too.
