Like its ubiquitous counterparts, Delhi Palace sticks to Northern Indian cuisine. The tandoori chicken is a perennial favorite, but the best choice for bargain hunters is the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet, which includes table service, hot naan and a beverage. At dinner, spice levels increase and the cooks strut their stuff with fresh-from-the-kitchen classics like beef biryani and palak paneer.
