Don Pablo’s Restaurant Review:
This small group of Tex-Mex eateries is as much about cheery ambience as about food---which isn’t all that off-base. Sure, you’ll find that plenty of dishes are more north than south of the border, but as the menu states, this was grub cooked for Texas cowhands. We can recommend the cheese-stuffed and deep-fried chiles rellenos, the refried beans, and the freshly made tortillas. There’s plenty more here to whet your whistle and curb your appetite, from freshly made lemonade to iron skillet pie (definitely not cowhand food). Prices are reasonable, flavors fine, atmosphere fun: That equals a good night out. Other locations.
