Drew's on the River Restaurant Review:
If you’re seeking waterfront dining, this is where you’ll find it on the cheap in the 'Nati. It's a seasonal river saloon --- truth be told, it's mostly bar food and Bud Light at Drew's. The draw is that it's one of the area's few riverbank bars that evoke beach-side dining. Adding to the niche appeal, it's just a few minutes from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport by way of a car ferry across the river to Ohio. For what it's worth, visitors might just like this little slice of Cincinnati with a tiki bar and boisterous bands. It's family-friendly, too. On weekends it draws motorcyclists, who road-trip across the ferry to sit on the back deck and kick back with some cold ones. Boaters also dock here for dining. All summer long, it's rib night on Mondays, steaks on Tuesdays and fried chicken on Wednesdays. Thursday is ladies' night, Fridays boast Miller Lite specials and brunch is served on Sundays. Half-pound burgers are available any night of the week, as are offerings like pulled pork, fried haddock on rye or a pot roast sandwich on a pretzel roll. While there are no gourmet dishes to be found, that's kind of the beauty of the place.
