At Eagle Rock Brewery Public House, chef/co-owner Jerry Su (Bouchon, Son of a Gun) offers an elevated bar menu that includes fresh oysters, smoked fish dip, scallop with raisin miso and seaweed emulsion, Cornish hen and vegetable root pot pie. Of course, there is plenty of the brewery’s beer on tap, as well as wine and cider selections.
