Elevator Brewery & Draught Haus Restaurant Review:
Located in the shadows of the Nationwide Arena, this historic brewery-restaurant is an ideal spot to grab a beer and a bite before the game. Belly up to the bar or play a game of your own on the three classic dartboards and two restored billiard tables. The restaurant has an extensive wine list and a selection of a dozen handcrafted beers. A nitrogen injection system enables Elevator Brewery to produce beers like the Procrastinator Doppelbock. The menu ranges from pulled pork sandwiches to New York strip and a center-cut ahi filet presented on a Finish “fire stone.” Save room for the malt crème brûlée, which is enriched by a lightly sweetened malt reduction. Try reserving a spot on the brewery tour, which takes place at 4 p.m. on the third Saturday of each month ($20 per person).
