Evo Bistro Restaurant Review:
This compact bistro exudes charm, and because of its popularity expanded its quarters, making seating and eating that much easier. At any time, you’ll enjoy the trendy and artistic tapas prepared by chef Driss Zahidi, who knows his patatas bravas from squid. Inspiration comes from Italy, Morocco, France and Spain. Try the stuffed piquillo peppers, the Evo crêpe filled with crab meat and drizzled with a vanilla sauce, the merguez sausage and the grilled lamb chops.
