Fairways at the Griff Restaurant Review:

The brick and white pillared structure and traditional wood interior exude a casual warmth that invites, as does the expansive outdoor dining area overlooking the ninth green and tenth tee of the Griffith E. Harris Golf Course. This restaurant and bar makes for a relaxing post-round or after-work gathering spot. Very reasonable three- and four-course prix-fixe dinner menus offer starters like fried calamari and Buffalo chicken strips. Entrées are Italian-centered and include chicken and shrimp prepared one of four ways, as well as English standards such as fish ‘n’ chips and classics like salmon and spinach. Desserts feature selections ranging from homemade cakes to assorted ice creams. You can rub elbows with the golf crowd at breakfast and lunch or stop in for a beer at the bar, too.
