The craft brews list is lengthy with over 100 selections on tap, while the brief menu features robust, beer-swirling flavors. Signature items include coal-fired wings, a roasted half chicken, whole crisply cooked fish such as branzino with barley salad, short ribs, fresh-cut pommes frites, and a bubbly crusted tartufo pizza topped with earthy truffle shavings, arugula and a swirl of poached egg.
