Rockville Town Center represents almost every cuisine, and now comes the typical Irish pub, featuring draft and bottled beers and Irish whiskeys, plus assorted pub dishes (not all Irish, though). If your tastes run towards the Emerald Isle, start off with fried cheese curds and boxty cakes, or potato cakes with a cheesy sour cream topping. Entrées range from corned beef and cabbage and fish ‘n’ chips to bangers and mash. Also tempting are the all-day Irish breakfast and the corned beef sandwich. For a sweet conclusion, choose the bread pudding or the apple crisp dumplings, or both. Otherwise, sip the aforementioned beers or whiskeys and enjoy the scene.
