Food tastes best at its freshest. It's as simple as that. This inventive Parkville spot in the former Billings Forge plant embodies this philosophy. What began as a work in progress has blossomed into a "must" for those who are fans of farm-to-table dining. The menu is a welcome moving target that is constantly being revised and refined to take full advantage of the flavors of the Connecticut seasons. Poached local farmer's eggs with duck confit, honey-roasted organic chicken and hand-cut pappardelle with sweet roasted local peppers are just some of the offerings that, thanks to attractive presentation, sometimes seem too pretty to eat.
