Firelight Buffet Restaurant Review:

Befitting its name, this spacious buffet emporium features dim lighting the color of fire in its chandeliers, sconces and lanterns. The room is divided into several dining areas to afford an intimate atmosphere. One side of the restaurant offers a view of the resort’s picturesque atrium. Traditional salads with all the trimmings, albondigas soup at the Mexican section, and tofu soup at the Asian display are among favorite starters. Tuna with chipotle sauce and pizzas are entrée options, as are carved-to-order baked ham, roast turkey and tri-tip beef. Saturday through Thursday nights feature New York steaks; and Friday offers New York strip and snow crab legs. Pies, cakes and pastries may be complemented by vanilla and chocolate fat-free frozen yogurt. Breakfast $7.99 (children 2-10 $5.99); Lunch $11.99 (children 2-10 $7.99); New York strip loin Dinner Sat.-Thurs. $12.99 (children 2-10 $9.99), Fri. New York strip loin and snow crab legs $24.99 (children 2-10 $19.99); Brunch $14.99 (children 2-10 $9.99).
