Chef Marty Blitz, who also co-owns the creative restaurant Mise en Place, is behind this wine bar at the Tampa International Airport. The simple menu includes snacks (mixed olives, piquillo pepper hummus), crostini, charcuterie, cheeses and small plates like Scottish smoked salmon. Some of the wines are organized into "flight plans" with themes like "Alitalia," offering tastings of Masi 'Masianco' Pinot Grigio and Monte Bernardi Sangiovese. Cocktails, such as the classic Aviation, are also available.
