Intended to evoke Hemingway's take on the Florida Keys, this is a cool breeze, literally and figuratively. Its British colonial décor is not only accented with fans and palm trees, but it's also just a hip hangout. The bar crowd, especially, love to sample any number of rum cocktails, including Hemingway's own classic---the daiquiri. Seafood, of course, grabs the spotlight in the food department, with the red snapper and coconut shrimp playing leading roles. A tasty Key lime pie is also good for those who don't necessarily want to drink their citrus juices.
