The Flying Biscuit Cafe Restaurant Review:

During the week, most of The Flying Biscuit Cafe’s patrons are denizens of adjacent offices, who come for breakfast as the place opens at 6:30 a.m. But weekenders are likely residents of the nearby high-income high-rises. Pork is scarce on the menu, as bacon (except for a concession to apple wood-smoked bacon), meatloaf, hash and pot roast are all made from turkey. The kitchen’s version of eggs Benedict perches a pair of poached eggs atop pimento cheese, turkey bacon and a biscuit, but the cheese is cold, a bit of a disconcerting contrast with the hot egg. Vegetarians and health-conscious patrons will find much to like, including veggie burgers, and some dishes are vegan-friendly. For dessert, get the chocolate "biscuit" bread pudding. No alcohol is served. Other locations.
