This all-American chain serves some of the best burgers in Phoenix. The restaurant looks upon beef as an artist's palette waiting for piles of color and texture. You build your own, starting with 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or 1 pound patties grilled to order. Toppings are countless and plenty of cheese is always along for the ride: there's enough cheddar to melt onto your plate and convert mere french fries into hot cheese wedges.
