Full Moon Restaurant Review:
Wine glasses abut sippy cups at this soccer mom's dream of a bistro in quiet Huron Village, as sisters, mothers and restaurateurs Cary and Sarah Wheaton cater to kids and their fast food-averse folks. For the former, there's an assortment of mac 'n' cheese, cheddar quesadillas and the like. The latter will find Cubanos, Moroccan chicken, and mussels with Portuguese chorizo. Share a tapas plate of vegetable frittata over a glass of wine before moving on to uniquely flavored dishes like the seafood stew served in a lemon grass, coconut and ginger broth, or pan-roasted salmon with salsa verde. At boisterous moments, there sometimes appears to be a thin line between a child-friendly eatery and a glorified day care center.
