Although this rather large and stagy Vietnamese restaurant apparently has quite a following, many diners serious about Vietnamese food still head to Eden Center for ethnic goodies. But you can certainly find several pleasant dishes here, from the soft shrimp and pork rolls (goi cuon) to the tasty stuffed grape leaves. Disappointing, however, are the caramel fish and the sweet ’n’ sour fish soup, which had many vegetables, little fish and a forgettable broth. You might have more luck with the rice vermicelli and grilled meat dishes and any of the rice noodle soups.
