THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED NAMES What's not to love about potent margaritas, big platters of consistently good Mexican food (mostly made from scratch), reasonable prices and a relaxed, festive atmosphere? Add in some memorable recipes like New Mexican green chile stew, Chilean sea bass in poblano cream, and carnitas smothered in Hatch green chile, and the result is a real winner. Handmade pork tamales are particularly satisfying, paired with crispy corn cake. The chain is popular with the business lunch and family dinner crowd, though it fills up with partiers for its hip happy hour. Sunday brunch can be standing-room-only for its all-you-can-eat Mexican and American buffet with live mariachi music.
