GC’s Bistro Restaurant Review:

Fans of what was Giancarlo’s Ristorante Mediterraneo will find the concept here quite different --- the focus is decidedly not Italian. Appetizers include pulled pork sliders, potato skins and Thai chicken skewers. Entrées still offer a good selection of surf ‘n’ turf, though, such as poached lobster, slow-roasted duck and grilled steaks. Desserts have a bit of a Southern lean, with pecan pie, pain perdu and coconut cream pie among the possibilities. Beer and wine are available.
