Australian chef Curtis Stone and his brother, Luke, teamed with Dallas restaurateurs Stephan and Daniele Courseau on Georgie by Curtis Stone. The restaurant/butcher shop is named after Luke Stone’s daughter, carrying on the tradition set at Maude (for their paternal grandmother) and Gwen (for their maternal grandmother) in Los Angeles. The menu highlights butcher cuts from Texas, Nebraska and Australia, plus rack of lamb, salmon, duck and more.
