Goldberg's offers first-rate bialy breads and salt sticks, while bagels, of course, take the spotlight. You'll find house-made cream cheeses, baked salmon spread, egg salad, chopped chicken liver, and specialty items from knishes to pierogi. Breakfast is available all day; we like the corned beef hash with poached eggs and a hit of hollandaise, and whopper omelets are three-egg affairs. Pick up a casserole for dinner on busy "no cook" nights. Don't miss the cross-cultural specials, such as Reuben-stuffed egg rolls. South Africans longing for biltong (South African jerky) will find it here, as the place was bought by expatriates. This location offers the same menu as its sister operations inside the Perimeter, but adds longer hours, a coffee bar and the services of a barista, as well as a full bar with cocktails, beer and wine.
