The Good Pizza Restaurant Review:
Hidden within a nondescript strip mall, this place may have the outward appearance of any other pizza joint. But once inside, guests are greeted by friendly staff led by the owners, one of whom has been onsite every time we’ve visited. The dining room is small, and the perfume of risen dough and sautéed garlic permeates throughout. Of course, the pizza is the main attraction, but the panzarotto appetizer should not be missed --- a crunchy, fried potato croquette with an airy and creamy filling of mozzarella and bits of salami. Homemade meatballs are surprisingly light with a slight amount of spice to counter the sweet fresh tomato sauce. All pizzas are 18 inches, though slices are available. The dough has a sour bite and chewy texture that adds to the overall flavor, along with toppings that run from standard (tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni) to adventurous (smoked mozzarella, barbecue chicken, caramelized onions and even french fries). There’s also a nine-inch chocolate pizza for dessert.
