Guarino's was established in 1918 by one of Little Italy's founding families. Today, it remains the oldest Italian restaurant in the city. This cozy little spot offers a traditional Sicilian menu. Try the lasagna alla Guarino or the veal saltimbocca --- both are house specialties. You'll find a nice variety of desserts, too, among them a generous serving of authentic spumoni and light tiramisu.
