Hagemeister Park Restaurant Review:
Before there was Lambeau Field, there was Hagemeister Park, named after the Hagemeister Brewing Co. This version of Hagemeister Park offers cuisine unlike what those watching a game in 1919 probably enjoyed. Some menu items are traditional Green Bay fare, such as wiener schnitzel in a lemon and caper butter sauce with sweet-and-sour cabbage and roasted fingerling potatoes. There's also Cajun Alfredo with chicken, andouille sausage and shrimp sautéed in a Creole cream sauce as well as a selection of burgers, pizzas, wings and, of course, cheese curds. Sit on the 4,000-square-foot patio overlooking the Fox River beneath a heated canopy, perhaps sipping a drink from the full bar, which offers a vast selection of beers on tap. Catch live music on occasion, and $1 off drinks at happy hour.
