And then there were just two. When the Hannah Bistro on 39th and State Line closed, executive chef-restaurateur Patrick Quillec decided to re-jigger his Johnson County Café Paris concept. Now, this Hannah serves a mélange of the Hannah greatest hits---curry-dusted french fries, artichoke ravioli, and warm goat cheese salad---with some refugees from Café Paris like the trout amandine and braised lamb shanks. Quillec runs Monday night football specials, Latin night specials, and can’t-miss happy hour deals.
