This outpost of Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar makes its home in Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, and it’s close to Coors Field. Start with miso soup or the Colorado-style hamachi. Sushi is the menu’s focus. Choose from beginner, intermediate, vegetarian and Hapa original rolls, which range from a salmon-avocado variety to the Surf & Turf, which includes lobster tempura and Wagyu beef. As for entrées, you’ll encounter kalua pork and a katsu curry. Complement the food with a hot saké cocktail or a Sapporo beer.
