Hedley's Restaurant Review:

Casual, unpretentious and decidedly low-key by West Hollywood standards, Hedley's is the kind of place you can visit for brunch and wind up spending the whole day. The people-watching is first class from the sidewalk tables, facing onto ultra-hip Robertson just north of Melrose Avenue. But it's really the straightforward, fresh food and fair prices that keep the neighborhood regulars coming back. For brunch, the tofu scramble is the surprising favorite, mixed with chunks of roasted veggies and a side of lightly spiced home fries. For lunch, there's a manly beef burger served with seasoned yams. For pure, American comfort food, try the Californian spin on chicken potpie, flavored with a red wine reduction. Although the menu is limited (mostly sandwiches and salads with just a few evening entrées), a handful of daily specials add variety.
