Hemingway’s Cafe Restaurant Review:

At lunch, the fare at this Seaside Heights eatery is lighter, with burgers and wraps being among the most popular offerings. Come dinner, though, items such as sushi, steak and seafood reign. The house specialty is a particularly pleasing version of cioppino, with Hemingway’s dish including shrimp, littleneck clams, New Zealand mussels, lobster, red snapper, roasted garlic-tomato broth and fresh herbs, all served with grilled sourdough crostini and a touch of linguine. Under the direction of chef Gang "Chino" Liu, the sushi and sashimi list is quite extensive, featuring sushi appetizers, rolls and more, so take your time deciding what to order. Service is efficient, even when things get busy on summer weekends.
