Ocean-to-table concept Herringbone, which has branches in Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas, has expanded with a location in Waikiki at the International Market Place. The menu's original inspiration was the California coast, but Hawaiian seafood and ingredients make appearances in dishes like peel & eat Kauai shrimp, whole Kona lobster and Big Island hearts of palm salad.
