Huey's Restaurant Review:

Huey’s Midtown specializes in juicy homemade beef burgers topped with anything from pepper jack cheese and jalapeños to smoked cheddar and guacamole. And they’re served in a casual, Cheers-like dining room with checkered tablecloths and toothpicks in the ceiling. Huey’s veggie burgers would fool even the most diehard carnivore, and a heart-healthy beef burger (served on a whole-wheat bun) will please the nutrition-conscious. Desserts include lemon icebox pie and The Rockslide brownie sundae (a brownie topped with caramel, ice cream and brownie crumbles). Not in the mood for a sandwich? There are also steak-and-chicken kebabs and chili-topped tamales. Wine offerings aren’t particularly impressive, but Huey’s does boast a full bar.
