Huong Viet Restaurant Review:

Over the past several years, the owners of Huong Viet have upscaled both the restaurant and menu, making it a local favorite and earning it nightly (even daily) crowds for its noodles, caramel fish or pork, and spring and garden rolls. For other tastes, try the grilled beef, grilled pork on noodles and the big bowl of sweet-and-sour tamarind fish soup. Not every dish will appeal to the Western palate, but there's more than enough to satisfy the hungriest diner. Expect a limited choice of wines and a range of traditional Vietnamese beverages, including ice coffee with jelly and boba. Desserts are fried bananas and the classic crème caramel.
