Ink is popular among the city's edgy youth with its nightclub-like setting and creative menu. Despite the gimmicky tattoo theme, the food is surprisingly refined and includes contemporary takes on international favorites. Starters include cornmeal-crusted artichoke hearts and soy-ginger steak, while mains range from beef stroganoff to fish tacos and brown sugar-Sriracha crusted salmon. Sandwiches, burgers and salads are also on the menu, as are house-made churros for dessert.
