Javelina Cantina is a relaxed Sonoran-style Mexican restaurant with big open windows and a wraparound deck to take in Sedona’s red rock views. The menu complements the unique vistas with dishes like the fajitas, the meat marinated in a special sauce before being grilled up with vegetables---combine them with crème fraîche and other toppings in a tortilla for an addictive meal. The menu also includes several salads, combination plates, enchiladas, and signature chef-inspired creations like Rocky Point fish tacos. Don't overlook the margarita selections, which feature at least ten different varieties. Choose from among a standard frozen concoction to a Green Monster, which is a traditional margarita with a Midori float, or knock back a Fiesta Titanic, a mixture of mango and prickly pear with Midori and blue curacao tossed in for more liquid courage. To top it off, service here is always as good as the food.
