JINYA Ramen Bar Restaurant Review:
International chain JINYA Ramen Bar opened its first northern California outpost in San Jose's Westfield Oakridge shopping center. The modern ramen restaurant with Japanese-style counter seating is from Japanese restaurateur Tomonori Takahashi. Look for signature ramen bowls, Japanese-inspired small plates and a children's menu, as well as two patios and an outdoor fireplace.
