Ramen master Fumihiro Kanegae, who helped open Ippudo, has his first solo restaurant in Cobble Hill. Karazishi Botan features his own take on ramen like Ti Amo, a chicken and oyster soup with chicken chashu, mashed potatoes, and crispy bacon.
