A bar-food round-up --- wings, nachos and crab dip --- is augmented by a roster of sandwiches and entrées, but Kelsey's real claims to fame are its shepherd’s pie, its thick slabs of homemade meatloaf over golden mashed potatoes, and its locally grown beef. Good prices, a casual crowd, and a neighborly feel make this an any-day restaurant on the west side of town. Kelsey’s has a claim to sports bar fame, too: during Ravens season it runs a bus --- complete with beer --- to the stadium for fans.
