Fusing Japanese and Spanish cuisines, along with some Miami flavor, is Kuenko, located at the culinary incubator and hipster mecca The Wynwood Yard. The brainchild of chef Ricardo Sanz from Kabuki in Madrid and Miami natives and cousins Anthony Ricci (a pro soccer star) and Matias Ricci, Kuenko dishes out donburi (rice bowls) ranging from spicy tuna to butterfish and fish tempura, all with a fried egg on top. Bowls are priced at $10.38. There’s a vegetarian option, too.
